Founding attorney David Wandling has been advocating for his clients since 1992, representing businesses and individuals in all areas of business formation and operation, estate planning and probate, and complex business and personal litigation. David has practiced before the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Appeals, U.S. District Courts, and all Minnesota state courts. David has obtained multiple million-dollar and multimillion-dollar settlements and judgments for the individuals and businesses he represents.

- David has been solely responsible for obtaining multimillion-dollar and million-dollar verdicts, judgments and recoveries for his business and individual clients in commercial and personal injury litigation
- Extensive background providing services to promote and protect the interests of small to medium-sized businesses, including: business entity selection, formation and governance; state and federal compliance; capital acquisition; contract negotiation and development; human resource management; employment disputes; risk management; business continuity planning; and business sales, acquisitions and mergers
- Experienced in all areas of estate planning, including simple and complex estate plan development and creation of all related plan documents, including wills, trusts, health care directives and powers of attorney
